So we have a recipe where, unless we change our country's protocol, we'll eventually slip from being dependant on foreign petroleum, to being dependent on foreign batteries. I am not technically competent to make an evaluation, but a thought occurs to me: The global supply of human capital must be gigantic at present, compared to any previous epic (a fact resolutely overlooked at doomer-pron sites). <br />So, we have these smart guys in Japan, looking at air lithium batteries.
